“I know that it’s hard for parents—particularly single parents, or parents where they are both working—to be able to do everything that is needed, so I’m glad that I can be of assistance in that regard. For people who have to work, where there is no option, like where you are a nurse and there are people that rely on you, and so I am glad that I can be there and not leave her high and dry.”

“[My best advice is] to be wise. To not just go with your feelings—like, I can feel perfectly fine, but I think it is foolish to just go out and live life normally. I can have some feelings about what is really happening, like, I think there is less happening than we realize, but I think it would be foolish to act like nothing is happening, like everything is fine. So I think people have to be as safe as possible and also do what they think is best and trust their wisdom. To not be fearful because it is not good for your mental wellbeing. It’s very important that we don’t get carried away with not taking care of ourselves.”
